Email support@tayloredlabs.com and include your store's .myshopify.com domain and, for a specific product, its SKU or title. We reply within one business day.
Does Stockwatch change my inventory? No. It only reads quantities and Shopify's own adjustment history. It requests no permission that can write inventory, and you can check that in the app's permission list in your Shopify admin.
Where does "who changed this" come from? From Shopify's inventory adjustment history report, which names the app or staff member behind each adjustment. Stockwatch shows it as reconstructed from that report; it does not watch other apps directly.
The first snapshot is taking a long time. Shopify exports every stock level at every location as one file. Stores with tens of thousands of variants can take several minutes. The setup page updates on its own.
I uninstalled the app. What happens to my data? Sessions are removed immediately and everything else is deleted 48 hours later unless you reinstall in between.
